“The reputation of the timeshare industry and the resource is affected by these frauders, many of which take advantage of unsuspecting people looking to invest their hard earned money in a complex,” admits Mary Gonzalez, senior executive sales Lloydshare limited. The scammers are based on misinformation about their rights in the country who buy their timeshare on, and one of the solutions proposed in the past ARDA Conference was to inform potential investors about their rights. Currently many of the top resort towns, ARDA members are working to give the power of knowledge to those looking to buy a package in any number of stations.
